Sunny Fong is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has a Bachelors Degree in Health and Fitness, and a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. Sunny has been a Personal Trainer for 18 years and has dedicated his entire career on learning and researching ways to better help his clients to achieve optimal fitness. Sunny has worked with a diverse population of clients at a variety of locations, such as health clubs, hospitals, YMCA, JCC, schools, private settings, and corporate offices.
Sunny’s training style is special and unique. He combines methods from Western physical training and Eastern ideas of health and fitness to develop an individualized and comprehensive exercise program. His unique training style has helped hundreds of clients obtain their fitness goals in a safe, progressive, and consistent fashion. Sunny’s training is non-judgmental. Because he believes anyone can obtain good health as long as they are willing to take one small step at a time and focus on being positive and consistent in their training.
