Master Sunny Fong started Mind and Body Fitness in April, 2004. The term “mind and body” implies a oneness of mental and physical capacities. Mind and body fitness is a holistic approach to physical training that develops both mental and physical strength so that you can live a healthy and productive life.

Sunny's training philosophy is based on his belief that your maximum potential is achieved through the practice of the unification of mind and body. His continuous advancement in training techniques and knowledge of mind and body fitness makes the programs he offers at his studio highly effective regardless of students' ages or fitness backgrounds.
